Return Timeframe
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this period.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@chelseababy.com.
- Include pictures and a video showing the item from the front, side, and back, as well as the original packaging.
- If your return is approved, we will send you a dedicated warehouse return address and step-by-step return instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
