On this page, we're explaining how to place an order on our website and how we handle deliveries. At Chelsea Baby, we aim to be clear and keep you informed at every stage of the process. That's why we recommend thoroughly reading the information provided before placing an order to prevent any issues or misunderstandings.
Payment
We offer various forms of payment including card, Paypal and Klarna to give you a range of options all of which are secure.
Please note: If we receive an order which will be delivery address to zones above, we won't be able to to process the order and the refund will be issued immediately.
Couriers
We use a variety of couriers that offer the best service. We may use one courier for large heavy items and another for smaller items. If you have ordered multiple items and only received some of your order this is probably the reason.
However please do call us on 01902 490 211 if you have any questions.
Some larger orders such as room sets may have a white glove service where you choose a room and our couriers will put your goods in the room.
Other orders may arrive on a pallet however will contact you before delivery. All orders will be sent on working day delivery service unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Times
Our delivery times for each product are clearly displayed on each product page. This is based upon a delivery to 1 UK mainland address. Deliveries outside of this area won't be possible). If there are any delays we will endeavor to let you know.
International
Unfortunately we do not ship outside the UK. If you are wanting to purchase goods from our website, we recommend you have them shipped to a Friend or Relatives address within the UK, and make arrangements from there.
Direct From Manufacturer
To offer you the best possible products and everything you needs for your baby’s journey into child hood and beyond we have some contracts with the manufacturers who will delivery directly to you. However if you have any questions regarding your order please do contact us.
