Terms and Conditions - £50 Shopping Voucher Competition

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The £50 Shopping Voucher Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is open to customers of https://chelseababy.com who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees, affiliates, and family members of Chelsea Baby Ltd are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

1.3 By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Entry Period:

2.1 The Competition begins on 1st November 2023 and follows schedule explained in point 2.2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Entry Period").

2.3 Customers must sign up for our newsletter and subscribe during the Entry Period to be eligible for the Competition.

2.4 The winner will be drawn on the first working day (Draw Date 2.2) of the following month from among customers who have signed up during the preceding calendar month.

3. Entry and Participation:

3.1 To enter the Competition, customers must:
a. Sign up for Chelsea Baby's newsletter.
b. Subscribe to the newsletter during the Entry Period.

3.2 Customers who place an order and subscribe to our newsletter during the Entry Period will be automatically entered into the draw.

3.3 Customers have the right to withdraw from the Competition at any time by simply unsubscribing from the newsletter.

3.4 Customers who have previously unsubscribed from the newsletter have the right to re-enter the Competition at any time by resubscribing.

3.5 All customers who entered the draw in the past are automatically added to the next draw, provided they remain subscribed to the newsletter.

4. Winner Selection:

4.1 There will be one lucky winner in each draw.

4.2 The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Chelsea Baby or its designated representative.

4.3 We will contact a winner directly via the email address provided during newsletter subscription.

5. Prize:

5.1 The prize for the Competition is a £50 shopping voucher to be used at chelseababy.com with the minimum spend of £100.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. General Conditions:

6.1 Chelsea Baby Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 By entering the Competition, you agree to the use of your name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

6.3 Chelsea Baby reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time, with or without notice.

7. Privacy:

7.1 Customer information will be used in accordance with Chelsea Baby's Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law:

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wolverhampton.

By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not enter the Competition.
